Job summary

CNY Fertility is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Monroe, GA team. The RN will perform patient care, teaching, triage, and procedures in clinical and operating room settings under physician direction.

Responsibilities include phlebotomy, IV management, medication administration, patient education, specimen handling, and maintaining health records. A valid RN license and CPR/BLS are required; prior fertility/OB experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved registered nursing program.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and venipuncture.
• Collects and labels specimens; transports to lab.
• Starts, maintains, and discontinues IV lines.
• Administers medications following protocols.
• Provides patient education and medication teaching.
• Triages patient problems and directs to appropriate area.
• Maintains accurate health care records.
• Monitors fertility-related procedures and prepares for ultrasounds.
• Supervises staff as needed.
