US Fertility is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Washington, DC. The role supports fertility patients through coordination, education, and treatment scheduling in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate brings an RN license, IVF experience, and EMR proficiency, with bilingual Spanish being a plus. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a national network of fertility centers.

Formación

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license required
• Experience with EMR systems desired, strong customer service
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus and helpful in patient communication

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate fertility treatment plans and case management with the clinical team
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatments after initial and follow-up visits
• Coordinate patient care plans in accordance with clinical protocols
• Provide compassionate emotional and psychological support to patients and their families

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for anFertility RN Coordinatorto join our team atShady Grove Fertility in Washington, DC.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 3 to 4 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year.
• Compensation:$78,000 to $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinatorwill:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
