US Fertility in Wexford, PA, seeks a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility. This role supports fertility patients through coordination, education, and care planning within a collaborative team.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with hybrid work two days per week after training. The position offers growth within a nationally respected fertility network and a strong patient-centered culture.

Competenze

• IVF/fertility experience or women's health background is preferred; training provided.
• Valid RN license.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is required.
• Strong customer service skills and proactive attitude.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical RN role.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Fertility experience or women's health background is a plus.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for anFertility RN Coordinatorto join our team atShady Grove Fertility in Wexford, Pennsylvania.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Hybrid two days per week after being fully trained and passing a chart review

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinatorwill:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
