Job summary

Spring Fertility in California is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our patient‑centered fertility team. You will provide hands‑on, compassionate care throughout patients' treatment journey and coordinate care with physicians and staff in a fast‑paced clinic.

This full‑time onsite role requires early hours with weekend/holiday rotation and offers competitive benefits, 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• RN license valid in California (California RN/BSN).
• Current ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establish confidence, trust and a positive rapport with all of our patients.
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF and Egg Donation.
• Order time‑sensitive medications.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment.
