Job summary

Aspire Houston is seeking a caring LVN or RN to join our infertility practice in the Kingwood office. This role involves coordinating infertility tests, administering medications, and providing patient guidance and support through treatments such as IVF and egg freezing.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends and only one holiday per year. We offer comprehensive benefits including health coverage, family building support, generous PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• LVN or RN license in TX from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years medical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians.
• Perform routine examinations, procedures, phlebotomy and administer medications.
• Telephone triage with patients regarding medication, treatment plans and test results.
• Care for patients through ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF and oocyte donation.
• Communicate physician orders and instructions.
• Counsel patients on infertility treatment protocols.
• Maintain calm and respond appropriately to stressful situations.
• Document nursing actions accurately and timely.

Education
