Job summary

US Fertility, including the Shady Grove Fertility network, seeks a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in Stony Point, Virginia, for a part-time, on-site role. You will perform phlebotomy, support fertility patients, and assist with clinical operations in a fast-paced clinic.

The position offers opportunities to grow within a nationally respected organization, with a schedule of every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Formal MA program completion preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with data entry and computer accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform high volume of phlebotomy.
• Maintain supplies for blood drawing stations.
• Assist with clinical care of fertility patients.
• Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs.
• Provide patient education, procedure teaching, and instructions.
• Provide pre and post-op education.
• Take vital signs and provide general clinical assistance.
• Enter labs and print labels in the computer system.
