Job summary

Everleap Fertility is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) in Waltham, MA to support our fertility center during scheduled treatment cycles. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to contribute to patient-centered fertility care.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, at least two years of clinical nursing experience, and a compassionate approach. Fertility, OB/GYN, or ambulatory care experience is preferred, with duties spanning direct patient

Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing fertility treatments, including ART and OI.
• Educate and support patients throughout their fertility journey with compassion and clinical expertise.
• Assist with patient monitoring, treatment coordination, and clinical procedures during high-volume treatment cycles.
• Support procedural and recovery care in OR/PACU settings as needed.
• Partner closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, embryologists, laboratory staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive patient experience and collaborative team culture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support patient care, clinical excellence, and operational needs of the practice.
