Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Englewood, NJ is seeking an Andrology Lab Technician to join our expanding team. This full-time role supports Andrology and endocrine testing, ensuring accuracy and patient care in a fast-paced fertility lab.

The position runs Monday–Friday 6am–2pm with rotating weekends and holidays, and requires a Bachelor’s in chemical/biological/clinical lab science or related field, plus 6 months of lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science or related is required.
• Minimum 6 months of laboratory training or experience preferred.
• EMR experience and ability to operate lab equipment, hormone analyzers and microscopes are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current patient reports and inventory.
• Adhere to quality control policies and document calibrations and maintenance.
• Follow policies when test systems are outside performance levels.
• Stay current with Laboratory Operating Manual, QA, safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe laboratory environment.
