Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Marlton, NJ is seeking an Andrology Lab Technician to perform Andrology and Endocrine laboratory testing. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 5:30am–1:30pm with rotating weekends/holidays and travel to the Basking Ridge, NJ office as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, adhering to quality control policies, and ensuring accurate test results for infertility assessment and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 months’ laboratory training or experience in a clinical or research lab is preferred.
• Electronic Medical Records experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to operate laboratory equipment, hormone analyzers and microscopes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current records of patient reports and inventory.
• Adhere to quality control policies; document all calibrations and maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines in daily operations.
• Stay current with the Laboratory Operating Manual and QA/QC procedures.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
