Job summary

IVIRMA North America is seeking an Andrology Lab Technician for our Basking Ridge, NJ location. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 5:30am–1:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays, and may require travel to satellite offices.

You will process specimens, report results, and maintain records to support infertility assessment and management. The role emphasizes precise lab work, quality control, OSHA safety, HIPAA confidentiality, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science or related field required.
• Minimum 6 months’ laboratory training toward degree or experience in a clinical or research lab preferred.
• Experience with quality control, OSHA safety procedures and HIPAA confidentiality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and current records of patient reports and inventory.
• Performs Andrology and Endocrine laboratory services per Laboratory Procedure Manual.
• Adheres to quality control policies and documents calibrations and maintenance.
• Operates laboratory equipment, hormone analyzers and microscopes with attention to detail.
