• Partner with coworkers to meet output and schedule commitments.
• Capture accurate production data and promptly upscale any variances to leaders.
• Support onboarding by showing new team members proper processes and safe work habits.
• Contribute ideas and actions to continuous improvement efforts that boost efficiency and quality.
