Day in the life

Join our Auburn, AL team as a Ferrous Metals Manufacturing Technician II and help keep our iron and steel production running at peak performance. From startup to shutdown, you will be the guardian of quality, safety, and uptime across our ferrous manufacturing lines.

What your shift looks like

You begin by reviewing production targets and safety checks, then move to the line to get machines dialed in. Throughout the day, you watch performance indicators, listen for changes, and step in quickly when something is off. You record what you see, share what you learn, and help teammates stay aligned so we hit goals together.

Core responsibilities
