Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company's safety plan.
• Examines customer materials to determine the ferrous commodity and purchase the material.
• Inspects product to determine compliance with specifications, quality control system for compliance with legal requirements and shipping conformity to specified standards.
• Uses a computer kiosk to purchase the ferrous material.
• Stamps mark of approval or rejection on product and writes report of examination.
• Other duties may be assigned.
