Job Description

ProSidian seeks a FERMILAB Construction Coordinator (FRA5) [Key Personnel | Senior Consultant - Exempt 874-1 Consultant] located: CONUS - Batavia, IL, 60510 (Remote) to provide Energy, Resources, & Industrials Sector related Program / Project Management Solutions for Proton Improvement Plan II Project (PIP-II) Construction Administration (CA) Support Services on behalf of The Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA). These services are considered part of the ProSidian Energy, Infrastructure, & Environment Sector Group with overall focuses being tailored solutions to meet global needs and manage resources across Energy, Infrastructure, & Environment in a changing environment under NAICS Code: 541330 - Engineering Services for The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science (SC) with service(s) also characterized as Construction Administration (CA) Support Services.

JOB OVERVIEW

GENERAL PROGRAM SUPPORT BY THE CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR

  • Daily monitoring at Fermilab to assure that the Construction Subcontractors are following the Safety Plan for all work at the site including the Subcontractor’s ESH&Q program.
  • Will serve as the first line of contact with the Construction Subcontractor's field organization.
Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

Construction Coordination will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) year degree in a construction related field or five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • OSHA 1926 30-hour training. This training must be accomplished prior to being considered for assignment at Fermilab.
  • The Construction Coordinator will be required to undergo FRA specific General Employee Radiation Training and Safety Orientation prior to beginning work on the Fermilab site.
  • Must have completed OSHA Construction Safety 30 Hour or ability to complete within 30 days.

Skills Required

  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” (also referred to as an “Employment Authorization”) by the USG’s designated Security Office.
