Job summary

OhioGuidestone in Fairfield County is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist for the First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Program. You will provide case management to youths and families and work with a Coordinated Specialized Care Team across telehealth, outpatient offices, and community settings.

You will develop Individual Service Plans, connect clients to psychiatry and supported employment, and help improve functioning, coping, and education outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years relevant experience in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of mental illness, recovery and de-escalation techniques.
• Ability to document and coordinate care.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children and families.
• Coordinate resources with schools and outpatient providers.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies.
• Develop and maintain Individual Service Plans (ITP).
• Document client information and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
