Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide public, private and special event tours of Fenway Park.
• Work at various tour information locations within and around the ballpark.
• Answer inbound calls to the Tour department.
• Respond to e-mails and voicemail inquiries about the Tour department.
• Assist with other administrative duties as they arise.
• Provide group tours and customer service.
• Provide daily operations set up and support.
