Jobot is recruiting a Project Manager with extensive fencing industry experience to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role blends field and office work with travel to client sites, requiring a hands-on leader who can maintain schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fencing project management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with PM software. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fencing industry (security, commercial, residential).
• Proven project management experience with on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client sites.
• Proficiency in project management software/tools.
• Proactive mindset to anticipate problems and manage risk.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of fencing projects (security, commercial, residential).
• Lead project kickoffs and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Maintain WIP status and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and adjust detailed project plans to track progress.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Oversee punch list completion and issue resolution.
• Provide excellent client service with a professional demeanor.
• Identify risks early and escalate with proposed solutions.
