Ultimate Staffing is recruiting an Outside Sales Specialist to join their client’s team in Durham, NC. The role targets residential and commercial fencing sales, with in-person consultations, referrals, lead follow-up, and relationship building to close deals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fence/home-improvement sales, strong closing ability, and CRM expertise. This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential and a company vehicle after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in fencing, construction, outdoor structures, or home improvement industries.
• Proven ability to close sales and manage a territory successfully.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience using CRM and estimating software.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial fencing products and installation processes.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Specialist to join their client's growing team in Durham, NC. This individual will be responsible for generating and closing residential and commercial fencing sales through in-person consultations, customer referrals, lead follow-up, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-driven sales professional with a proven track record in fence sales, construction sales, or home improvement sales. This position offers significant earning potential for candidates who excel at building trust, providing solutions, and closing business.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• No significant criminal convictions.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Experience using CRM and estimating software.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial fencing products and installation processes.

Training Period (First 90 Days)

• Guaranteed draw of $1,200 per week
• If earned commissions exceed the draw, additional commissions will be paid

After Training

• Commission-only compensation structure
• Quarterly commission payouts
• Continued access to draw opportunities
• Average annual earnings between $80,000 and $110,000+

After 90 days:
