Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) in Palestine, TX is seeking a general foreman and 2 working foreman/leads for a fencing crew on a data center project. The team will build 6 miles of fencing over up to six months, with 60+ hours per week, Monday through Saturday. We also hire equipment operators and general laborers.

The roles include overseeing safety, coordinating crew work, and driving efficient construction on an outdoor site in hot conditions. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fencing experience.
• 2+ years of foreman/lead experience on fence projects.
• Ability to operate tools and machinery.
• Familiarity with safety protocols.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Outdoor jobsite — able to work in heat.
• Strength and stamina; good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew of 10-15 teammembers building 6 miles of fencing for a date center project
• If working foreman/lead, be willing to help teammembers with construction and how to build the fence efficiently

We are looking for a general foreman, working foremen, equipment operators, and general laborers for this project. Up to 6 month project, building 6 miles of fence for the site Up to 60+ hours per week (Monday-Saturday)

$30-40 per hour
