Job summary

DFC Company is seeking a hands-on worker to support fence installation and site preparation across residential and commercial projects. You will handle digging, concrete mixing, and material setting, while loading tools and driving company vehicles to job sites.

The role requires operating various tools, working outdoors in diverse weather, and adhering to safety policies to ensure secure worksites. Seasonal scheduling and Saturdays may apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Construction experience preferred.

Shift and Time: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal

Wage: Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay based on experience

Valid Driver's License Required, Construction Experience Preferred

Summary:

Physical Requirements:

• Required to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
