Job summary

DFC Company is seeking a skilled laborer to assist the Foreman with fence installation and site prep across residential and commercial projects in North Dakota. You will load and unload tools, mix concrete, dig holes, and operate equipment as needed, while maintaining safe work practices.

Line quality and reliability matter as you work outdoors in varying weather. Valid driver’s license required, with a starting wage of $20 per hour and seasonal hours Mon-Fri, with some Saturdays.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Shift and Time

7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal

Wage

Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay based on experience

Physical Requirements
