Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is hiring full-time Fence Installers in Wisconsin to join an outdoor crew. You will work on 2-3 person teams installing wood, ornamental iron, chain link, and pipe fencing for homeowners and businesses. We supply the truck, tools, and materials you bring the work ethic.

This is a high-growth opportunity with a clear path to crew lead within 12-18 months. Duties include digging post holes, building panels, hanging gates, loading materials, maintaining tools, and

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to yard each morning
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather
• Comfortable using power tools (drills, saws, augers)
• Positive attitude – culture matters in a small team
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus, not required
• Fence or construction experience preferred but not required for right person

Responsibilities

• Dig post holes (auger or hand-dig) and set posts in concrete
• Build and install fence panels - wood, ornamental iron, chain link
• Hang gates and install hardware
• Load and unload materials at the warehouse and on-site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the company truck
• Communicate with the crew lead and homeowners on-site
• Clean up the job site at the end of each day
