Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking full-time Fence Installers to join our outdoors-focused crew. You will install wood, wrought iron, chain link, and pipe fencing for homes and businesses, on 2-3 person crews. We provide trucks, tools, and materials; you bring work ethic and reliability.

Top installers can advance to crew lead within 12-18 months. Weekly pay, overtime, paid holidays, and tools/PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for outdoor work and lifting heavy materials.
• Reliable transportation to get to yard each morning.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfortable using power tools (drills, saws, augers).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Dig post holes (auger or hand-dig) and set posts in concrete.
• Build and install fence panels - wood, ornamental iron, chain link
• Hang gates and install hardware
• Load and unload materials at the warehouse and on-site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the company truck
• Communicate with the crew lead and homeowners on-site
• Clean up the job site at the end of each day

We're hiring full-time Fence Installers to join our crew. This is a hands-on, outdoors role for someone who likes building things, taking pride in their work, and seeing a finished project at the end of the day.

You'll be on a 2-3 person crew installing wood, wrought iron, chain link, and pipe fencing for homeowners and businesses. We supply the truck, tools, and materials - you bring the work ethic.
