Do you like working in construction or home improvement, but want better hours and better pay and stable, full-time employment? Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a growing company?

Superior Fence & Rail of Ventura County is an industry leader seeking full-time Fence Installers for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday to Thursday 6:45am to 5:00pm and Friday’s 6:45am - 12:00pm. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link. Pay is $20.00 per hour - paid every other week, depending on experience. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.

Minimum requirements:

1. Possess Valid CA DL
2. Pass background check
3. Pass drug screening
4. Reliable transportation
5. Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat

The Superior candidate will:

1. Have fencing, framing, roofing, or carpentry experience
2. Have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
3. Be dependable and have a strong work ethic and desire to learn
