Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor Position

Estimated Earnings: $100,000 – $200,000+ per year

High-volume opportunities available for qualified crews.

Responsibilities

• Install residential fencing projects to DanDale standards
• Complete projects safely, professionally, and on schedule
• Maintain excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Communicate project progress and completion status

Requirements

• Ability to install 300+ feet of fence per day
• Valid Driver’s License
• Social Security Number
• Legal Authorization to Work in the United States
• Active General Liability Insurance Policy
• Workers’ Compensation Coverage
• Minimum $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance
• Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment necessary to complete fence installations
• Professional installation crew preferred
• English proficiency required to safely understand work orders, installation instructions, and customer communication.
