Fence Craft is seeking a lead for its installation crew to oversee residential and commercial fence projects across Eastern NC. You will review orders, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safety and quality standards on every job.

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential and commercial fences.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Proven leadership of a crew.
• Strong safety and quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fence installation crew on residential and commercial projects.
• Review work orders, site plans and project specifications before starting each job.
• Ensure fences are installed accurately, safely, and to company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and office staff to keep projects on schedule.
• Mentor new installers and promote a team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and report shortages or issues.
• Complete job documentation and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
