Hilton Orlando is seeking a Part-Time Female Spa Attendant/Receptionist to join our team!

Our hotel features over 1,400 guest rooms and is located near International Drive, directly connected to the Convention Center. The eforea Spa is open Sunday-Monday (9AM-5PM) and Tuesday-Saturday (9AM-8PM), with 13 treatment rooms offering results-oriented and locally inspired therapies. Our team includes a Spa Manager, supervisor, receptionists, therapists, estheticians, nail technicians, and spa attendants.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience and a passion for guest service. Ability to work the required shifts.

Shift Pattern: 2-3 shifts per week (AM/MID), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $15.60 per hour

Responsibilities:

60% Duties:

• Welcome and orient guests to the spa and fitness center
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the spa and fitness areas, including cleaning facilities and equipment
• Replenish supplies such as towels, water, and cups
• Monitor facility use to ensure guest safety
• Perform general spa duties as needed

40% Duties:

• Greet, register, and orient guests
• Maintain product knowledge of spa treatments and services
• Process payments at the end of services
• Respond to guest inquiries via in-person, email, or phone
