Job summary

GYMGUYZ in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site sessions with a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time. You will design personalized programs, perform reassessments, and manage client progress using our app.

Compensation is hourly with bonuses and growth opportunities. You bring nationally recognized PT certification and CPR/AED, along with the ability to travel between sessions and communicate with clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA or ACSM.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficiency with Mindbody/Trainerize to manage sessions and notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the app to track progress.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Motivate clients, celebrate wins, and record results.
