Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site training across clients' homes, offices and organizations. You’ll design personalized programs, track progress, and keep clients motivated to hit their goals.

The role offers flexible part-time to full-time options, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and a growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles within a nationwide mobile fitness network. CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
