GYMGUYZ Huntsville/Decatur area is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training. Competitive pay ($25-$35/hr) with performance bonuses and growth opportunities. Flexible schedule from part-time to full-time, with onboarding and ongoing development.

Train clients using our app, design personalized programs, and conduct reassessments. Ride-alongs with a nationwide support network and DRIVe-values culture drive success.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification and CPR/AED certification.
• Experience delivering in-home or on-site training is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between sessions and manage mobile work tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress in the app.
• Manage your schedule and client notes efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.

What You Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
