GYMGUYZ Huntsville & Decatur is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver energetic in-home and on-site training across the Huntsville and Decatur areas. You will create personalized programs, assess progress, and grow with a franchise that values development and client results.

The role offers flexible scheduling from part-time to full-time, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide network of fitness professionals.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and client notes.

Compensation: $25 - $35/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)


• CPR/AED certified (required)


• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions


• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication


• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
