• Experience in geriatric or disability care
• Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and patient transfers

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, managing medication reminders, and reporting changes promptly
• Provide specialized care as needed
• Document records accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Support safe patient transfer methods using equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment
• Follow home healthcare regulations and protocols while delivering compassionate patient care

• Physical ability for heavylifting and patient transfer methods as needed for client safety
• Experience working within a client’shome and understanding of home & community care standards
• Compassionate caregiving skillscombined with patience, attention to detail, and excellent clientcommunication
