Job summary

Bluebird Care Reading & Wokingham is seeking a compassionate Female Care Assistant to join the care team. You will provide high-quality personal care and support customers in their own homes, helping with daily living activities and maintaining independence.

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A right to work in the UK without requiring spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous healthcare assistant experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
