Job Description

Saint Luke's Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute in Kansas City, MO is excited to welcome BC/BE neurologists with interests in Stroke, Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology, Headache, Neuromuscular, and Epilepsy. Candidates coming out of training as well as experienced leaders are very welcome and will be well-supported.

About our opportunities
  • On-call responsibilities are shared among the neurologists, providing a balanced lifestyle along with support from Advanced Practice Providers.

  • Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Saint Luke's Hospital is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Medical School; there is an opportunity for academic appointment through UMKC, commensurate with experience.

  • Our neurology residency program offers educational opportunities for 12 residents across all of the Neuroscience Institute's treatment centers.

  • Research opportunities are abundant, with a successful track record; there is potential for start-up funding for motivated candidates.

  • The institute uses the fully integrated Epic EMR system.

  • As a non-profit organization, Saint Luke's employees qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).

  • Saint Luke's offers a competitive employment package, including a guaranteed salary, excellent benefits such as medical, dental, vision, malpractice insurance, a tax-deferred retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and a generous CME allowance.
