Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Reconstruction (Hip/Knee) Orthopedic Surgeon to join our Northampton, MA practice. This role offers community-based care with the resources of a large integrated system in the Pioneer Valley.

The successful candidate will lead hip/knee replacement work, participate in a shared call schedule, and benefit from structured mentoring and network-wide collaboration within Mass General Brigham.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip/knee replacement.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Join Mass General Brigham-affiliated practice based in Northampton, MA, with clinic locations in Amherst and Hatfield.

Responsibilities

• Practice shoulder-to-shoulder with a team of orthopedic surgeons and providers to deliver high-quality joint care.
• Share a collegial call schedule (currently 1:6) ensuring balanced coverage.
• Grow your practice through mentorship, collaboration, and network opportunities.
