Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established practice centered in Northampton, MA, with clinics in Amherst and Hatfield.

This role blends community-based care with the resources of a large integrated system. The selected candidate will join a collaborative team and participate in a high-output orthopedic service line with subspecialty depth.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained adult reconstruction orthopedic surgeon.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Experience in shoulder/hip/knee/total joint replacement.

Responsibilities

• Join a high-performing orthopedic service line with subspecialty depth in Sports Medicine, Shoulder, Hand, Foot & Ankle, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation.
• Collaborate with a team of 6 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 7 AP Providers in a modern facility.
• Share in a 1:6 call schedule with balanced coverage.
