McFarland Clinic in Ames, Iowa seeks a fellowship-trained BE/BC Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join its Orthopedic and Sports Medicine team in the state’s largest physician-owned multi-specialty clinic.

The position offers an autonomous, physician-owned model with opportunities for partnership and ASC ownership, a robust surgical team, and a generous loan/stipend program. Call is 1:10 in a Level III trauma center, with state-of-the-art technology and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in hand surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic hand surgery services within a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with Orthopedic and Sports Medicine colleagues for comprehensive care.
• Participate in on-call schedule (1:10) at a Level III trauma center.
• Engage in partnership and ASC ownership initiatives as available.
