Job summary

Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Kennedy School is seeking a Fellowship Coordinator to manage ISP and Ernest May fellowships. You will organize programming, support fellows, and serve as a hub for HR policies and visa paperwork, collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge or interest in science, international affairs, national security, and policy issues is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and CMS platforms.
  • Experience with Harvard systems and Microsoft Office/Google tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in History, International Relations, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for ISP administrative matters and information resources.
  • Maintain information management systems, including Salesforce.
  • Oversee program accounts and budgets with the faculty director and finance team.
  • Manage staff travel and reimbursements using Harvard financial systems.
  • Coordinate and provide general project office support for ISP.
  • Plan, organize, and execute ISP programming and events (seminars, conferences, workshops, receptions).
  • Provide on-site support during programming, troubleshoot issues, and assist participants.
