The Department of Anesthesiology’s education office is a fast-paced, collaborative hub serving medical students, residents, fellows, and the faculty who champion them. The Fellowship Program Administrator provides comprehensive, high-level management and support for four robust anesthesiology fellowship programs. As an Associate Residency Program Administrator, this role provides essential support to the anesthesiology residency program. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic work environment, is highly organized, and takes initiative to navigate complex accreditation requirements while providing exceptional operational support to both faculty and learners. Using clear and warm communication, the candidate will interact with a variety of stakeholders to support anesthesiology learners. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days on site and 2 days available for remote work per week. This role requires event support outside of normal working hours approximately 1-2 times per month. This position reports to the Associate Education Manager in the Department of Anesthesiology and works closely with the education faculty and team.
