Job Description
This position involves 50% clinical work and 50% fellowship/training. The candidate will provide care in 5 sessions per week, including general primary care and/or work in the FAB Center. The remaining time will be dedicated to activities in the FAB Center such as collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, participating in longitudinal specialty rotations, and engaging in academic enrichment activities. The fellow is expected to complete at least one scholarly project, such as submitting a poster or paper, and participate in one quality improvement (QI) project with the FAB Center team.

The center supports adolescents, post-adolescents, and adults facing challenges transitioning from pediatric to adult healthcare, especially those with intellectual and developmental disabilities or other complex childhood-onset conditions. Located at Jefferson Health - Navy Yard, the FAB Center provides a supportive environment for patients and care teams to facilitate this transition.
