Job summary

Stray Cat Alliance in California is seeking a dedicated RVT to join our cat-focused veterinary team. You will work with unique medical cases, including neonatal kittens, infectious disease, surgery, emergency care, and rehabilitation.

We value curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to think outside the box. The ideal candidate loves cats and has surgical/anesthesia experience, with a license in good standing in California.

Qualifications

• California RVT license in good standing.
• Veterinary experience with surgical/anesthesia skills.
• Strong feline medicine skills or a passion to learn.
• Fear Free/low-stress handling experience is a plus.
• Someone who genuinely loves cats.

Responsibilities

• Care for cats with diverse medical needs including neonatal kittens, infectious disease, and rehabilitation.
• Support surgery and anesthesia under veterinary supervision.
