Job summary

Stray Cat Alliance in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced operations leader to run the day-to-day operations of our busy shelter medicine and public low-cost clinic. You will support a team treating thousands of cats and kittens each year, and help shape how a growing clinic runs.

You should be a calm, organized leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to build strong systems and lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment dedicated to cat welfare.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a veterinary or animal care clinic, preferably with shelter medicine.
• Strong management and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
