Job summary

Hormel Foods in Minnesota is seeking a Feedmill Office Support to handle record keeping of ingredients, daily production and shipment reports, and entry of feed orders. This role serves as the primary contact for mill visitors and callers.

Responsibilities include reconciling daily receipts, reviewing prior day production and shipments in M-Tech, inputting orders, maintaining formula files, and supporting Breeder Division as needed. Proficiency with Excel and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet Live Production Biosecurity requirements.
• Read/write/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily receipts for each ingredient (quantity and cost).
• Review previous day's feed production; reconcile cost/quantity; enter data into M-Tech and Red River.
• Review shipment records; reconcile differences; enter data into M-Tech.
