This position will primarily support the continuous improvement and optimization of the Decatur, IL wet mill feed house, while also sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues across ADM’s other wet and dry corn milling facilities in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska. The technology engineer will play a critical role in helping ADM achieve its energy intensity and sustainability goals through improvements in reliability, efficiency, and yield recovery.
Position Summary: The Technology Engineer will apply engineering principles to new and existing facilities with tasks ranging from process design to the evaluation/implementation of new technologies. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure plant process systems are designed, built, operated, and maintained at optimal levels.
Bachelor's Degree in the fields of Chemistry, Food Processing, Production Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, or other related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with plant process systems.
Operations supervision and/or Process/Project Engineer.
