Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify different grades and types of production materials.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to follow all required safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rolls and materials for production.
• Split and prepare cores according to production requirements.
• Identify and verify different board grades.
• Band finished rolls and materials securely.
• Operate a roll pusher safely and efficiently.
• Assist with feeding and finishing production processes.
• Move and stage materials as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping throughout the production area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all production procedures and safety guidelines; inspect materials and finished products for quality issues.
• Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
