Job summary

Riverence Provisions LLC is seeking a Feed Warehouse Operator to support all facilities within the company, ensuring accurate loading, receiving, inventory, and shipping functions. You will operate forklifts, manage warehouse tasks, and coordinate with Distribution and Operations teams to meet internal and external customer needs.

The role requires CDL A or B for bulk feed deliveries, strong organizational skills, and reliable attendance. Some evenings, weekends, and shift rotations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including truck loading, staging of product, inventory, receiving, and housekeeping
• Interface with operational software
• Warehouse inventory staging, counting, and organization
• Rotation of shift may include some Saturday and holiday work
• Preparation of dry, fresh, or frozen product for shipment
• Assure proper rotation of product FIFO (first in first out)
• Lift truck operation within all Riverence Provisions LLC and Riverence Farms LLC locations
• Knowledge of Invoice and Bill of Lading procedure
• Understand loading procedure according to mapped load sheets supplied by Distribution Department
• Be aware of safety concerns within all facilities and notify supervisor when necessary
• Be aware of maintenance concerns within all facilities and notify maintenance department when necessary
• Pick-up and delivery of product from assigned locations for company needs
• Ability to perform specified tasks from elevated locations
• Understand and utilize Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedure
• Communicate and work as a team member
• Participate in some discussion about confidential/sensitive matters
• Communicate with employees and others through written, oral and face-to-face interactions
• Assist other team members in completion of work
• Communicate with fellow employees to complete tasks and adhere to safety standards
• Ability to work flexible work schedules with varying hours as required

Job Summary

This position aids all facilities within Riverence Provisions LLC, working as a team member to ensure both internal and external customer needs are met. Riverence Provisions LLC is fully vertically integrated controlling all aspects of its food business from inception to market.

Essential Functions

• Perform general warehouse duties including and not limited to: truck loading, staging of product, inventory, receiving, and housekeeping.
