Job summary

New Vision Co-Op in Minnesota is seeking a driver/maintenance associate responsible for delivering feed, picking up feed ingredients, and maintaining transportation equipment in compliance with MNDOT. The role requires a Class A CDL, health card, and strong attention to safety and quality.

You will support team members and ensure accurate records. Ideal candidates have maintenance skills, basic computer abilities, customer service mindset, and the physical capacity to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL with health card and acceptable MVR required.
• Maintenance and mechanical skills required.
• Computer skills required.
• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Experience delivering feed or grain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver feed and pick up feed ingredients as instructed by supervisor.
• Comply with traffic laws and operate all equipment safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on transportation equipment.
• Maintain equipment compliance with Minnesota DOT regulations.
• Inspect cargo for quality problems.
• Perform accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist team members in other areas as needed.
