Job summary

Alltech, a global leader in animal nutrition, seeks a Production Associate to operate and maintain equipment for producing animal feed and supplements. You will help ensure smooth, safe, and compliant production, performing routine checks and reporting issues to maintenance.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50-55 pounds, follow SOPs, and collaborate with team members to optimize line efficiency. Prior manufacturing or feed processing experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED

• Being a reliable team member with prompt attendance and excellent performance.
• Communicating with team members and leadership to improve processes.
• Keeping the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products.
• Strictly adhering to safety guidelines throughout the facility.
• Performing all processes in accordance with all Standard Operating Procedures, including the operation of mixing, bagging, spray drying, fluid bed drying and powered lift equipment.

Job Summary:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in feed, grain or supplement processing or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work any shift preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically able to operate motor vehicle and forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50-55 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator (in some designated areas)
• Must past post-offer physical and drug screen
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperature and noise levels.
