CHS, Inc. is seeking a Feed Plant Manager to oversee operations at the Tracy, MN and Elkton, SD locations. You will lead production, oversee maintenance, manage inventory, and drive safety and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Prior leadership experience with progressively advancing level of leadership responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• P&L and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant operations of feed production facilities to meet divisional objectives and maximize profit margin.
• Manage budget results and report to the Operations Director.
• Develop and maintain daily manufacturing schedule and logistics for feed operations.
• Supervise training of plant personnel to improve productivity and safety.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate requests for plant supplies and repair parts.
• Improve housekeeping, safety, and maintenance programs to avoid breakdowns.
