Are you ready to soar to new heights in your career? We're searching for a skilled and enthusiastic full-time day shift Feed Operation Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team at Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Eagle Grove, IA. This position offers a competitive pay range of $25 - $30 per hour based on experience and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. We also provide excellent benefits after a 30-day probation period, including:

As a full-time day shift Feed Operation Maintenance Mechanic, your typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on organizational needs.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proficiency in fabrication of mill equipment and understanding of feed department tools
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• A strong customer service focus and commitment to safety procedures
• A positive attitude, calm under pressure, and a strong work ethic

Experience in feed operations, maintenance, and fabrication is preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A FEED OPERATION MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

You will conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure seamless operation of feed processing equipment. Collaboration with the production team to minimize downtime and maintaining safety standards are essential. Your proactive approach will help identify and resolve equipment issues promptly, communicating effectively with production staff.
